Sharon knows like no other how to bring people together around an inspiring vision and mission. She easily builds bridges across cultures and differences for systemic change.

Within Van Doorne she uses het skillset to formulate a strategy and implement an action plan to ensure we attract a diverse group of talented individuals, who can grow and bloom within our organization. With this aim, she guides the DEI committee, consisting of 11 members from all areas and levels within Van Doorne.

Her efforts have a direct impact on the quality of our services, ensuring comprehensive solutions for complex problems based on a variety of viewpoints.
