Willemijn specialises in civil construction law, and more specific in commercial tenancy law. Willemijn represents - among others - national and international investors, developers, retailers and commercial users. She advises on and litigates over possible tenancy law related issues and general property and civil law matters. She has broad experience in leading negotiations regarding tenancy agreements, rent disputes and property transactions.
