    Nina is part of the Corporate team. She focuses on business law in the broad sense, including Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity. Furthermore, Nina is part of the Real Estate team and advises parties on (commercial) property transactions.

    Enthusiastic. Committed. Target-oriented.

    Nina obtained a bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Amsterdam and subsequently obtained a master’s degree in European Law from Leiden University.

    Mergers & Acquisitions Private Equity Real Estate & Construction Nina is part of the Real Estate team. She focuses on property law, including construction law, property transactions, property development and tenancy law.
