Latifa is part of the Finance team. Within the team her focus is on advising banks, private equity parties, (property) funds and other investors and businesses on structuring and documenting mainly national and international property and project financing. She also has experience with restructuring, securitising and selling loans. Latifa has also worked in London.

Latifa received a bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Amsterdam. She then completed the master’s in Private Law at the University of Amsterdam.
Advised Pramerica in relation to mezzanine financing for the IEF Berlage fund (retail property Bijenkorf, V&D and Hema).
Advised Deutsche Bank on “Tulip”, the first post-crisis CMBS transaction of Dutch property credit (part of the Corio portfolio bought by Mount Kellett).
