New IBA GEI and IOE report aims to provide business with enhanced guidance on ILO International Labour Standards

The International Bar Association’s Global Employment Institute (IBA GEI) was formed in 2010 for the purpose of developing a global and strategic approach to the main legal issues in the human resources and human capital fields for multinational and worldwide institutions.

Together with the International Organisation of Employers (IOE), the largest network of the private sector in the world with more than 150 business and employer organization members, it published a joint report today on International Labour Standards in the Contemporary Global Economy.

Van Doorne Partner Els de Wind, Senior Vice Chair of the IBA GEI and the report editor, commented on the report in a news release.
