Biografie
Mark Moolhuizen is sinds 2003 partner bij Van Doorne. Hij maakt deel uit van de praktijkgroep Overheid en Vastgoed. Zijn werkgebied beslaat publiek-private samenwerking, (internationaal) bouw-recht, aanbestedingsrecht, projectontwikkeling, onroerend goedrecht en ruimtelijk bestuursrecht. Hij is voorzitter van het team PPS en Projecten.
Mark wordt in diverse internationale onafhankelijke onderzoeken aanbevolen voor bouwrecht/PPS, bijvoorbeeld door de Legal 500 en de Chambers Europe.
