Kees Stuurman to speak on SaaS at European SaaS forum 2008

Although Software-as-a-service (SaaS), een software delivery template available via the Internet, offers many options it also entails risks, particularly in the fields of privacy and continuity. These risks can be controlled by making a proper contract. Kees Stuurman, a partner at Van Doorne and a professor at Tilburg University, will address this issue at the European SaaS forum 2008.
