Van Doorne acted for Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. and Barclays Capital Inc. as representatives for the Underwriters in connection with the largest IPO year-to-date (at time of closing) on the NYSE of Sensata Technologies Holding N.V. for an amount of USD 569 million.

On the Van Doorne team were Ewout van Asbeck (partner tax), Roel Botter (partner banking) and Zafer Tosun (associate banking).
