Van Doorne advised DTEK Finance B.V., a group company of DTEK Corp., the Ukrainian mining conglomerate, on its issue of USD 500 million notes.

DTEK is Ukraine’s leading private sector fuel and energy company. It closed a five-year USD 500 million Eurobond issue, the largest non-sovereign debut issue from Ukraine and the first corporate issue since 2007.
