InterXion Holding N.V., advising Initial Purchasers and Arrangers – Senior Secured Notes Issue

This transaction involved a high-yield notes issue by a Dutch issuer and a revolving credit facility borrowed by the Dutch holding, that share the same (full asset) security package. It involved many jurisdictions, including, inter alia, the US, England, Belgium, Germany, Spain and Denmark.
