Van Doorne advised Aareal Bank on the refinancing of the acquisition of the Invesco Europe Hotel Portfolio which includes the Novotel World Forum in the Hague, as well as advising Aareal Bank on the restructuring of the financing of the Hilton Hotel in the Hague.
