Van Doorne in top 10 property lawyers list for 2011

Van Doorne’s Property practice group has finished in 10th place this year in the Top Property Lawyers 2011, compiled by PropertyNL. Each year, this property law magazine reviews the most important property lawyers in the Netherlands. 

To quote PropertyNL regarding Van Doorne: Van Doorne deals in particular with commercial property transactions, area and project development, construction law, rent law, real rights and tendering issues. In addition, Van Doorn is actively involved in a number of important PPP projects. Van Doorne provides ongoing advice to AM, ROCvA (the Regional Community College of Amsterdam) and M.J. de Nijs project development. Also, the property lawyers at Van Doorne support retail organisations with their expansion activities in the Netherlands.
