Biography
Steffen Alleman is specialised in corporate law in the broadest sense, whereby he focuses on advising on and assisting with (international) mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures and private equity related investments. He publishes regularly on various corporate law matters. Steffen is a member of the Sports group and the Food and beverage group of Van Doorne, where he advises on various legal matters relating to sports and sporting organisation and the food and beverage industry respectively.
Steffen read law at the University of Amsterdam and joined Van Doorne in 2006. He obtained a post-doctorate degree in corporate law in 2012 at the Grotius Academy (cum laude).
