Biography

Roel Botter joined Van Doorne in 1988 and was made partner in 1996. He managed our London office from 1998 to 2001. Roel has extensive experience in financial transactions, including acquisition finance, financial restructurings, structured finance, capital markets (debt and equity), asset-backed finance and regulatory matters. He regularly writes on banking and finance for the Dutch legal journal "Ondernemingsrecht" and other leading publications.

Independent international surveys recommend Roel as an expert in banking and finance.
