Robert is specialised in advising and supporting institutions in the education, healthcare, charity and not-for-profit sectors. Subjects include cooperative ventures, restructuring, joint ventures, management transition, spin-offs, mergers, third party participation and governance issues.He thrives on finding fitting solutions by creatively combining the various legal options. His expertise naturally includes both civil law and specific education and healthcare regulations, codes, CBF fundraising rules and the like. In all this, Robert works directly with board members as well as regulators.
