Biography
As a senior deputy civil-law notary, Nienke van Dijk focuses on the public and semi-public sectors (government, healthcare, education, pensions and charities). In addition, she specialises in general corporate law and has extensive experience dealing with takeovers, mergers, demergers, restructuring, setting up corporate structures, joint ventures, acquisition structures and public/private partnerships (PPPs). Nienke is also an expert drafter of articles of association, corporate regulations and contractual additions to such documents. In addition, she advises organisations on corporate governance issues.
Nienke van Dijk has worked as a deputy civil-law notary since early 2000, joining Van Doorne in February 2007. Following her civil-law notary and tax law studies, she obtained a postgraduate degree in company law and corporate law (with honours) from the Grotius Academy in 2007.
