Biography
Martijn Nijstad is a senior associate in the Banking and Finance practice and joined Van Doorne in 2000. Martijn has banking and debt finance experience including syndicated lending, leverage acquisitions and general banking. He spent three years at Van Doorne's London office and rejoined the Amsterdam office in 2009. In 2006 Martijn was seconded to a major US investment bank in London.
