Biography
Hugo Reumkens joined Van Doorne in 1994, after which he gained a postgraduate degree (with honours) in company law. He has been a partner at Van Doorne since 2002. Hugo specialises in company law, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, private equity and joint ventures.
Several independent international surveys recommend Hugo as an expert in the areas of private equity and corporate/M&A. For example, Chambers Europe (2010) draws attention to Hugo’s long-standing relationship with Dockwise, which he assisted last year in the sale by 3i.
