Biography

Gijs Verberne has been working for (legal predecessors of) Van Doorne since 1997. Gijs specialises in (European and Dutch) tender law, WTO law, public-private partnerships (PPS), project development, property law, privatisation of government responsibilities/services, as well as public transportation law. He is often involved in large public-private and public-public partnerships, providing assistance in complex tendering procedures. Gijs Verberne frequently litigates in tender disputes.
