Biography
Geert Drese has been working as a lawyer since 1994. He began working for Van Doorne in the corporate law practice specialising in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and general company law. Geert worked at the Van Doorne London office from September 1999 until April 2000. Since returning to Amsterdam he has been working in the Banking and Finance practice.
Geert specialises in banking and finance in the broadest sense, with a focus on financing and the supervision of financial institutions. He has ample experience in working for large and medium-sized, national and international companies, and provides assistance, for example in cross-border financing for multinationals, banks and their foreign advisors.
