Biography
Friso Foppes has been working at Van Doorne since 2000. He specialises in corporate/company law in the broadest sense, with a focus on (cross-border) mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other forms of partnership, private equity, public offers and corporate governance (including financial reporting). Friso is used to working in a multidisciplinary setting and frequently represents foreign investors. In the first six months of 2008, he worked at the office of Van Eps Kunneman VanDoorne in Curaçao.
As a member of our Pension team, Friso frequently represents Dutch pension funds, particularly on governance issues and collective transferral values.
Friso is a member of the Russia/CIS Country team at Van Doorne and regularly visits clients in this area.
