Biography
Arno Voerman specialises in financial supervision legislation (including securities law). He advises Dutch and foreign companies in the financial, insurance and pensions industry in various compliance and supervision matters. Arno’s practice also focuses on proceedings against enforcement measures of the Dutch financial supervisors DNB and AFM. Arno furthermore specialises in financial litigation (i.e. special duty of care, liability banks and other financial companies).
Arno has been practising at Van Doorne since 1997 and was named Counsel as of 1 January 2010. Arno regularly publishes articles on banking and finance in Dutch trade journals.
