Traditionally, the corporate culture at Van Doorne can be typified as pluriform. Diversity in all departments at Van Doorne has led to a challenging working environment with plenty of room for talent and personalities, with respect for people’s backgrounds and cultures, attention for the individual and a good work-life balance.

This is why Van Doorne attaches great importance to maintaining relationships with former colleagues.
